  1. www.historvin.com users can receive a report containing information about a vehicle’s history or any other vehicle information (hereinafter – the “Report”) in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules. 
  1. The user of www.historvin.com is a person who uses the website or made an order of the Report (hereinafter – the “User”). Services are predominantly for use by Users older than 14 years.
  1. www.historvin.com may be used only in accordance with the Terms and conditions. By using the www.historvin.com website, you agree with all the terms of use without exception. Users who do not agree with any of these terms and conditions have no right to use www.historvin.com.
  1. Provider reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice by posting changes online. Your continued use of this website services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.   1. www.historvin.com provides Users with the opportunity to receive vehicle Reports.
  1. Services provided on the www.historvin.com website have to be paid by foreseen way of payment.
  1. User does not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, redistribute, or exploit Reports for any commercial purposes.
  1. The Provider has the right to limit or suspend the Services during the website maintenance process.
  1. The Provider has the right to terminate or suspend the User’s access to all or part of the site with or without notice as a result of breaching these Rules or statutory regulations. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  1. The Provider is only responsible for the technical action (combining and posting of information) contained in the Report on the www.historvin.com website.
  1. The Provider is not responsible for the inaccuracy of the information provided in the Report or for its content. The Provider is not responsible for the damage incurred by the User or any third parties in connection with the use of the Report.
  1. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her password and account. The User must take steps to ensure that others do not gain access to his/her password and account. Our personnel never asks for the Users password.
